DGS Mortgage Solutions Ltd are Independent Mortgage Advisers who provide the clients of Maalems with a full Financial Services package. At DGS they are dedicated to providing you with a friendly, professional and efficient service during your property purchase.

Their service offers you with the following:

• Evening/Home appointments (they can even arrange appointments at your workplace if required)
• Access to all UK lenders (at DGS, they are completely independent and do not operate a lenders panel)
• A commitment to ongoing client reviews - regular financial reviews are available on request
• Ongoing updates during your mortgage application, including liaising with your estate agents and solicitors

DGS Mortgage Solutions Ltd provide Independent Mortgage Advice. This is usually provided on a no fee basis as the lenders/providers will pay us a commission, however we do offer a fee option, in cases where a fee is charged the precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be 0.5% of the loan amount. For example, we would charge £500 for a mortgage loan of £100,000.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
