The general election has been and gone and we have been given solid direction as a result. Whilst any post-Brexit trade deals are still to be known, the confidence the election result has brought is already being filtered through to us on the high street.
December is usually a quiet month in the industry for obvious reasons, but not these last few days. With new instructions being listed on this side of Christmas in anticipation of the busiest period of online property searches over the festive holidays coupled with new buyer registrations already coming through in advance of the traditional January rush, we anticipate a solid start to the New Year here at Maalems.
2020 will be a fresh start for so many people who have been keeping their property move on hold, not knowing where the future lay.
