How much is my home worth?


The first step in selling your home is to know how much your property is worth. Our valuation service is free and works in three different ways:




Instant Online Valuation

Enter your property details, and this online tool will produce a guide valuation based on data from the Land Registry and House Price Index. It is a fast and useful way of getting an initial idea of the value of your home.

Virtual Valuation

We ask you to supply fuller information about your home, and to send us images or a video. We will then arrange a video call for you with a member of the professional Maalems team to produce a more accurate valuation.

Face-to-face valuation

We will provide a free, no obligation valuation by one of our experts who visits your home. This will give you the most accurate figure and make sure you don’t under price or over price your property when it goes on the market.






Why are accurate house valuations important?

Accurate valuations are a key part of selling your home. If you know you are asking the right price, your negotiating position is rock solid. If the price is too low, you can easily end up out of pocket. And if the price is too high, you frighten off potential buyers. The accuracy of yoru valuation has a direct bearing on how long your home stays on the market.
